YAHRZEIT

YAHRZEIT
Poem by Leah
Pictures by Zayury

My dear friend Leah from SimTales was kind enough to allow me to illustrate this beautiful poem she wrote in memory of her beautiful daughter, who passed away on Sh'vat 3,5762 at age five. It was my honor to do this for Leah. She allowed me to share this version with the poem included in the pictures. Leah has posted the version without the poem in the pictures here:

Hey, I was at your blog and read it! Truth is it had me in tears so not sure if I remembered to tell you how touching it was. I seriously had shivers down my spine for her mother! I really love your work and think you deserve to know! Just hoping that it gives more drive and motivation to create new masterpieces that I can enjoy, so you see I'm purely selfish here :D  Have a great day! Your friend Ophelia.

Again, I say a beautiful job. Such sorrow and loss. It leaves me silent. If not speechless.

Marvelous illustration.

I have commented so many times on this one, but not here. Now that is corrected.
